Life’s Celebration

The place where we live, so much we celebrate, 

Different culture, different festivals in every State,

Our lives are constant circle of celebrations,

Either it be Eid or Diwali we did, no bifurcations.

Our hearts overwhelmed when we talk about fests,

Waiting for the birds to come back to their nests,

Sweets, lights and decorations all that we do,

Even our Foes, we greet them too,

We try keep our happiness in retention,

This way we do our life's celebration. 

Amongst these delights, someone stays far away,

He miss his family and has nothing to say,

Those hugs from his Mom and Dad's advice,

He misses everything but he still surmise,

He convince them all, that he relish all the fests,

Only he knows it, without them it's all a waste,

He send those pictures to convince them hard,

All these remonstrate just for the Green Card,

He is all alone here to earn those dollars,

To prove the world, he also belongs to scholars,

In the race of fame, he left everyone back,

And certain times he cry and felt so wrecked,

He made his heart strong and celebrate here,

Video calling them to feel them near,

Manage to keep that smile on his face,

He knows that no one can fill that space,

He try keep his happiness in retention,

And this way he does his life's celebration. 

And in this life he made some friends,

As life moves on and hope never ends,

These friends like family are of different age,

But they still belongs to the same life's page,

They fairly care and share the same plate,

And they never allow anyone to feel isolate,

They try to keep their happiness in retention,

And this way they do their life's celebration.

He knows he will go back home one day,

That time he'll have so much to say,

He would have attained all of his needs,

Life has then paid off for his deeds,

But life is a race and you have to run,

Once again he has to leave everyone, 

He promise to come back home soon,

Till that time keep those memories tuned,

This is how they keep their happiness in retention,

And this way they do their life’s celebration.
